Kansieo.com

Depends on a few things:

Are you requesting the transfer or is your company asking you to transfer? If you company asks you to transfer, then they could increase your salary to compensate for travel costs, etc.

Is it the same position?

Of Course. You will enjoy your travel ling allowance, also if you are on a promotion then you will enjoy a higher salary.

Wish you good luck

Not necessarily. You should speak with your company.

Some have a policy of different salries based on where you work. Others have one salary for the whole country.
