Try the Rockaway Mall. If you want something unique that no one else has, try finding a long gown and having it altered. I don’t know what you have to spend, but you can find something inexpensive and alter it if you’re talented that way.

One thing i’ve learned about finding a unique dress.. DONT BUY FROM YOUR LOCAL STOREs .. most likely you’ll dress will meet its twin sister on prom night
