I just realized that I have to pay income taxes to New Jersey. I am very late at this point. What do I have to do to do this? What fines am I going to encur? I am fairly certain that I don’t owe anything. What forms do I need to fill out? I am a non-resident.

You could always see a tax prep agency.

Fill out the form, follow the instructions, you will find out how much of a fine when you fill out the form.

You can probably find the forms online by going to the site for the state of NJ revenue service, or you can call them.
