It’s not a biggy. If it wasn’t in NH I would say fight it but you will have to go to what ever court in the state in happened in so driving there is out of the question. This is actually a common ticket and shouldn’t act against your insurance. It amounts to a parking fine that’s it.

I do think the fines are stupid for tolls considering most of the tolls where instated to pay for something other than what they do now and that is road repairs. I don’t think it’s a big deal if some one goes through the fast lane. You tried to stop for one. secondly 25 dollars is way too much.. Plus we pay a gas tax that is supposedly also to pay for road repairs. However have you ever driven through Rte 9 Wellsely Ma? They have a bridge that has been under construction for 6 years due to budget cuts it is ridiculous.

MA and NH have reciprocity when it comes to traffic violations, so it will follow you as unpaid and may effect your ability to renew your license or registration when that time comes. As for your insurance I agree with Joel T. In that I don’t believe it will, as it’s more like a parking fine rather then a moving violation.
