I have a valid new jersey driver’s license but I just found out my old new york state license is suspended due to an insurance lapse in 2007. Can I still drive in NJ and outside of New York state? Thanks!
Im not sure if my NY license was suspended before or after I obtained my NJ license.

You can drive in NJ but I would not drive in NY. How long was the suspension for and was your NY state license valid when you obtained a NJ License.

Technically, you cannot drive anywhere. However, it appears like NJ still hasn’t been notified of the suspension, so you may be able to get away with it.
