You will receive a ticket for failure to pay the toll.

If you didn’t get a ticket, you probably were not on a toll road, but crossing a toll bridge or something. You better talk to your parents. They can get it cleaned up for you. Even though it was only a quarter, you could get fined over $100 and lose your license if you do nothing and try to hide it.

Website content

Just tell your parents the truth. The license plate number will most likely be turned in to the state police. You or your parents will receive a fine or a bill in the mail.

ez pass

Own up to the folks, and agree to pay the ticket out of your own pocket. If it’s their car, it will affect their registration and/or license. Evading toll is a costly expense to learn. How come your friend didn’t have a quarter?
