Well all flight land in Bangkok unless you fly through Sinagpore and prices can range from $1100 to $10,000. A reasonable cost for a flight would be about $1300. I have flown out of JFK.

Once in Thailand flights to the north or the south will run about $100 dollars each way depending on where you are flying to.

Create a video blog…instantly.

I received an e-mail from Cathay Pacific yesterday announcing fares from JFK to Bangkok (through Hong Kong) for less than $1,100 r/t including all taxes and fees. Fares from Newark are significantly higher, the fare is good through the end of April and can vary slightly depending on the days of the week that you travel. Btw, Cathay Pacific is a great airline with very good service, food and in-flight entertainment and the fare after April isn’t bad either.

Also, let them know where in Thailand would you like to go, in the South, in the North or in Bangkok. Air fares changes from time to time, so to get the up-to-date and accurate information, call your travel agent of click in the internet. Many might give you diffirent information that will only confused you. Ask one or two travel agencies and you can compare their prices.
