How long does USPS Priority shipping take from New Jersey to Northern Virginia?

I ordered something on Saturday, the 20th of December, and it shipped yesterday, the 22nd. Now, how long will it take to receive my package? It’s 1 pound. I was thinking it would arrive today since New jersey and VA are close, and I ask because I’ll be gone for quite a while in two days.

2-3 days on average.

If it shipped yesterday, it will probably arrive on the 24th.

2-3 days ,NOT GUARANTEED. Priority Mail is not guaranteed. It should only take those amount of days, but if it’s late, there’s nothing you can do about it. I am sure though, that it won’t take more than 2 days.
