ez pass

with isolation exercises there is always a point where you can not progress any further. the muscles of the shoulder girdle and forearm are possibly probably holding you back. not quite sure what the focus is on curling so much, the bicep is a relatively useless muscle in terms of power and functional strength. I also don’t know or train many pro bodybuilders that use 55-60 lb dumbbells using a full ROM. personally my arms are 20″ cold and I’ve never curled more than 55 lbs, but I really don’t train my biceps directly much either. I let my heavy back training take care of them.

Create a video blog…instantly.

I agree, spending that much time on the biceps isn’t really necessary. Spend more time on the larger muscle groups and doing compound lifts rather than isolation lifts. Thats how your going to develop power.
