I e-mailed him on April 26 to ask if he received my money order. That is ALL I asked. “Did you receive my money?”
He answered with the following message ——>>>>
“I’m not sure exactly what happened here, so….I’ll tell ya what….email me back with your shipping address to ship to and I’ll get another one to you with the next batch of orders going out this week. Thanks.”
Okay THAT made me nervous. Because it indicates that he DID send one out but that it got lost in the mail. And all I asked was if he had received my money.
Then he said on April 26 that he would send my order out along with another batch of orders that week.
It is now May 4. Eight days later. No DVD yet. I gave him my address again too. Who would get it wrong twice?
I really hope I eventually receive my DVD, but if I don’t, and it turns out I have been scammed for real……then what can I do to ensure I either get my order or get my money back? Is there someone I can contact? Some kind of authorities?

I work for a mobile dj company as a dj. I’ve been working for this company for about 6 years now and started out as a roadie and slowly progressed into being a dj for the past 2-3 years. 2 sunday’s ago i drove to a job with a box truck not knowing that my license was suspended since my lawyer informed that it was valid. So i drove the top of the truck through the bottom of the awning of the place, they called the cops and i was arressted in front of my boss who bailed me out an hour and a half later, obviously needing me to dj his party. So bail was 250 but he’s getting that back from the town which is no big deal. However, now im on payment probation, i mean he wanted to fire me in the first place but thats besides the point. I sat down with the secretary discussing my future with the company, i told her i want to work here and ill work on my attitude and behavior because that was obviously a concern for my boss as well. But a few weeks past and i worked and still haven’t gotten paid. My boss owes me $1600 to date. I asked him to pay me today before he goes on vacation and he doesn’t want to also because he has this project he wants me to do which is to fill out the top party songs fore every single category of party genre. I told him i didn’t have time for it since im looking for a day job since i only have $150 to my name and owe the court about $530. Not to mention rent gas and food, all the necessities of life. I am a self contractor for him but i do get a 1040 EZ so I’m under payroll i guess. What do i do? Can i sue him? He has his law degree but doesn’t practice law so he’s an asshole, if anybody has a solution please let me know, thanks.
