I was so excited to find a less popular NFL player jersey on this website.

I paid $40 for the jersey (a incredibly low price, usually $80). Normally I would recognize that the too good to be true scheme really was too good to be true, but I suppose in the heat of the moment I disregarded it and blew the money all away.

I have tried e-mailing the guy twice, the first time he told me it would take 5-7 days to ship. That was about two weeks ago.
Then a week ago I asked him what was up and he said the jersey was out of stock and he sent me a stock list (phony? – idk.)
But I looked at it and decided I didn’t want any jerseys and now I want a refund.
And conveniently, he hasn’t responded to my e-mails since then, even though his store has a refund policy.

It is pretty clear that his site is a scam, because I wrote a ton of bad reviews, and now they have been all deleted.

What do I do?
