he has FREE government benefits for life, so he’s good to go regardless if he is impeached or driven out of office like that useless bad of peat moss florio.

corzine needs to be impeached or get another driver like that state trooper that drove him to that meeting a couple of years ago.

Unfortunately, my ex has been in and out of the children’s lives over the years and when we went to court last, we got a new judge who is not familiar with all the details and I did not have an attorney. When I objected to driving 2 1/2 hours one way for pickup and drop-off(my ex claimed it was 1/2 way though it takes 3 hours to get to his home as since then I have driven it) on the grounds that I had not left the state, the judge asked for the case or law that falls under. As I did not know, he went ahead with my ex’s plan with my objection noted.

At this point, the place has changed to somewhere closer(now I only drive an hour and 1/2) but he is consistently at least half hour late but more times it’s more like an hour or more. He does not leave early enough to be on time and complains that he doesn’t want to. I would like to know if anyone knows the New Jersey case law or law in which this exists as I have had enough. I work too many hours and have a very bad back. Spending 8-10 hours every other weekend on the road is causing me a great deal of pain and taking time away from the things I need to run my household smoothly.

At least if I know the case/law, I can go forward. Thank you.

I recently broke up with my bf of over 2 yrs. We lived together and got along perfectly, but he seemed to have issues regarding money. He makes waaaaay much more money than I do (since he is 20yrs older than me, hint, hint) I just got my first related career job and I am trying to climb up like everyone else. I can barely afford to pay my own bills, but I do pay 95% of them; he helps me pay for my dry cleaning and gives me his EZ pass to use since I moved in with him and it’s far from my job we live in NY and i work in NJ (1hr each way) I drive back and forth every day. He is lucky to work from home. We had a fight recently because I asked him to come to a bday party with me, to which he complaiend and threw things in my face about me not paying for anything when we go out. I was hurt by that and we started arguing…he finally said to me I think is better that you go to mother’s house tonight..I was in a shock and said to him that I will not leave whenever he pleased me to… that it was my decision, and he said :”Oh no, it’s my decision because it’s my apartment and I pay for the rent.”
I am so hurt, he has humiliated me and hurt me really bad. He has thrown things in my face before, but had never asked me to leave!!
next morning I woke up and got all my stuff out of there, left him a letter telling him how much he hurt me and to never contact me again… he hasn’t called since..and I am hurting more as days go by. My holidays are ruined and I am falling into a bad depression…please help.
