Being an emergency department, do we need any type of permit for the oxygen? from JFK to Brooklyn downtown(i got a worng way)i was get to express lane to New York City battery tunl and i didnt have EZ pass so the police said i need to U turn and get a ticket,i think they send ticket to my friend home( car is my friend)
anyone know how much for the ticket and will be lose any point?
