I have heard that police officers in New Jersey are not allowed to pursue a motorcycle that clocks in at 120 mph or over because it is too dangerous is this true?

Create a video blog…instantly.
You can out run a car but can you out run a radio signal?
Can you out run a police helicopter?
Does your motorcycle have an endless fuel supply so you never ever have to stop and refuel. Sooner of later you’ll have to stop and then you’ll get arrested assuming your don’t crash and kill yourself first.
They won’t pursue you for very long at that speed.
Yes, in some circumstances.

(d) Whether the ID of the violator is known for a later apprehension.

(f) Officer skills and familiarity with road conditions
(2) When notified and briefed, the supervisor will decide whether the pursuit is to continue.
