about this with unpaid tolls, problem?

My question to you is: If you have 5 unpaid notices, why haven’t you paid them? Toll roads aren’t free and driving a rental car doesn’t give you cart blanch to do what ever you want on the road.

I don’t think it will go on your record, but you could have bigger problems if the toll authority decides to charge the rental car agency. You should call the Illinois tollway at 1-888-496-6690 and explain what happened.
